Church Using ‘Loophole’ to Keep Pedophile Priests Off Sex Offender Registry

Priests can remain anonymous after conviction of sexual offence

The polish Polish Ministry of Justice recently unveiled a publicly accessible online registry of pedophiles convicted of abusing children up to 15 years of age, but due to a legal loophole, the Catholic church can keep priest of the registry.
The list contains fewer than 800 out of several thousand known sexual predators, due to the exclusion 56 pedophile priests. The criminals names, addresses, and photos are not in the registry: Paweł K. of Wrocław, convicted of sexually abusing boys as young as 13 and possessing child pornography Roman B. of Pyrzyce, convicted of raping a 13-year-old girl for several months Stanisław G. of Kalinówce, convicted of molesting young girls preparing for their first communion Wojciech G., convicted of molesting minors during a ministry in the Dominican Republic under polish law they do not publish surnames of people under investigation
